 单位：常州天合光能有限公司 职务：计量中心主任 中国光伏测试论坛 - 电池测试技术专题研讨会报告主题（8月17-18 苏州白金汉爵大酒店）演讲主题： 晶硅光伏电池标片--制备和校准使用的探讨 本文主要对晶硅太阳能电池标片的准备、管理和校准使用进行了探讨,制定有效的流程和评估方法，保证太阳能电池标片输出的电性能稳定、准确、可靠，尽可能缩小与ISE 电池实验室的测试差异，给使用单位在制作太阳能电池标片时，提供一些可参考的制备方式和使用建议。 In this paper, we present study on how to make and properly use crystalline reference solar cells, ensure that the output of the reference solar cells be stable and that the electrical performance of the device under test be accurate and reliable, it is suggested to reduce the gap between measurements at calibration laboratories. Based on experience, we suggest one method to prepare and to use calibrated solar cells in production. Several practical recommendations will be presented.
