Speaker: Hui Lu(卢慧) Hui Lu, gratulated from East China JiaoTong University, got her master degree of polymer material and chemistry. Hui works in Jiangxi Crown Advanced Material Co., Ltd as technical process engineer. Her responsibility is property test and analysis on raw material and finish goods for photovoltaic backsheet. Hui has accumulated lots of experience on the testing method, standard and backsheet performance.

The advantage/disadvantage and development trend of Electrolytic sensor method for backsheet moisture penetration test Abstract:
The testing technology is relatively backward and lacks of alternative testing method regardingless of the rapid development of PV industry. To better promote the production and R&D of PV polymer backsheet, its necessary to have new testing standard and innovative testing technology. The electrolytic sensor testing method is developed due to the following advantages comparing with the weight-loss method:
The electrolytic sensor testing method is partically suitable for moisture transmission property of high moisture-separate plastic backsheet, flake and multi-layer structure material containing plastic. Any improvement of the electrolytic sensor testing method will help promoting the PV backsheet industry development.

卢慧女士,毕业于华东交通大学,硕士学位,本科专业高分子材料与化学,研究生专业化学。现就职于江西宜春明冠新材料股份有限公司,担任技术工艺部助理工程师一职,管理技术工艺部部门的部分实验室仪器设备,负责太阳能背板从原料到成品的相关性能检测与分析,具有一定检测经验,对太阳能背板的性能有一定的研究。 报告题目:
电解传感器法测试薄膜透湿性的优缺点以及发展趋势
报告摘要:
我国的光伏产业发展迅猛, 一些检测技术还存在检测方法单一、 应用技术相对落后等问题, 为了更好地促进光伏聚合物薄膜材料的生产和发展,制订新的检测标准、 引进新的检测技术势在必行,而电解传感器法作为一种新型检测方法,实验环境与减重法完全一致,测试速度快,测试过程稳定,分辨率高,影响因素少。这类测试方法更适用于快速测定高阻隔性塑料薄膜、薄片以及含有塑料的多层结构材料的水蒸汽透过性能。因此,完善和发展电解传感器法将对目前光伏薄膜等产业产生重要影响。 |
