2017 PPIC Speaker Introduction: Jijiang Luo
Jijiang Luo, director of Suzhou Duchamps new material Co., Ltd, has ever been the member of "Polyolefin R&D Academic Committee".
Jijiang has been awarded the "Young Scientist Award of Chinese Academy of Sciences", “Top-ten outstanding youth of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Beijing)”. He took the lead of national natural science fund project, "eight-five-year" plan major project, National high tech industrialization project. Jijiang got the first prize of S&T promoting by Chinese Academy of Sciences, was named as the leader of science and technology in Suzhou industrial park. Jijiang enjoys the special government allowance from the State Council.

The new type environmental friendly polyolefin encapsulant and backsheet Abstract:
Polyolefin is composed of carbon and hydrogen elements and natually water-resistant, insulated, damp-heat resistant, envirnmental friendly. It is an ideal material used for solar cell encapsulant and backsheet. The presentation introduced the main properties of polyolefin and backsheet by comparisom study based on the current solar cell encapsulant standard. The result shows that polyolefin can be used fo high water-separated, high insulated, high weather-resistant encapsulant(no matter high-transparent or white film) and PV backsheet.
The solar module encapsulated by polyolefin encapsulant and backsheet has outstanding PID-resistant property, can be recycled without damage on environment. The above module has been used in PV plant and integrated into the PV grid. More important contribution is expected for futher usage of polyolefin encapsulant and backsheet.

罗吉江博士,苏州度辰新材料有限公司董事长,曾任中国科学院化学研究所“聚烯烃研究与发展基地”学术委员会委员、研究员,荣获中国科学院青年科学家奖、中国科学院(京区)十大杰出青年,承担国家产学研高技术产业化计划、国家自然科学基金项目、中国科学院“八五”重点项目,并获得中国科学院科技进步一等奖、广东省科学技术奖励三等奖、苏州工业园区科技领军人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴。
演讲题目:
新型环保增效聚烯烃封装胶膜与背板
聚烯烃是仅由碳氢元素构成的高分子材料,自身具有拒水、绝缘、耐湿热、环保友好等特征,是制造太阳能电池封装胶膜与背板的理想材料。本报告参照现行太阳能电池封装㬵膜及背板标准,比较研究了聚烯烃胶膜与背板的主要性能。
结果表明,聚烯烃材料可以制作成高阻隔、高绝缘、高耐候性能的太阳能电池封装㬵膜(高透膜、白膜)与高反射背板;其封装的电池组件具有杰出的抗PID衰减性、还可无害化环保回收。由聚烯烃㬵膜与背板封装的太阳能电池组件已投入电站并网发电,必将为太阳能清洁能源的清洁化发展作出重要贡献。
