Dr. Sen Guo, got his Ph.D of material science from South China University of Technology, is now working in Guangzhou Lushan New material Co., Ltd.
Dr. Guo is R&D project manager in Lushan, has worked on the research and development of functional material for many years. In recently years, Guo is focusing on the study of photovoltaic madule encapsulant. His main achievements are high-transmission POE, High spectrum cutoff POE, high reflective POE for glass-glass module, thermoplastic POE.

Research on high weather resistant POE for solar cell encapsulant
Abstract:
The main solar cell encapsulant is EVA resin based material. However, the EVA material will age during long period outdoor application and have unsatured double bond, acetic acid, etc. Thus the light transmission, adhesion, photoelectric conversion will decline, which will afect the solar module performance.
POE (ethylene-octene copolymer) has very good anti-thermal oxidization, anti-UV aging, optical performance and flexibility due to its saturated hydrocarbon and geometric structure catalyzing technology. It is also more econormical to replace the EVA encapsulant.

郭森,博士,毕业于华南理工大学材料学专业,现任广州鹿山新材料股份有限公司研发中心项目经理,长期从事功能材料的研究开发工作。近年来聚焦于光伏组件封装材料的研究,主要研究成果有高透光型POE、高截止型POE、双玻专用高反光型POE以及热塑型POE。
报告题目: 高耐候性太阳能电池封装用POE胶膜的研究
报告摘要:
目前,太阳能电池封装胶膜主要是以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)为基体树脂的封装胶膜,但EVA会在长时间的户外使用中发生老化反应,产生不饱和双键、醋酸等,导致透光率、粘结力、光电转换效率等下降,严重影响电池组件的性能。而乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)由于其分子链是饱和烯烃和限定几何构型催化技术,具有良好的耐热氧老化性、抗紫外老化性能、光学性能和柔韧性,同时还具有更好的经济性,已经成为EVA封装胶膜的良好替代品。 |
