Speaker: Hideto Nakagawa

 

Hideto Nakagawa, graduated from Osaka University, Graduate School of Engineering Science in 2003, then joined Daikin Industry. Mr. Nakagawa started research in coating material from 2009, and focused on PV related material since 2010 when Daikin formed PV material department. From 2011, Mr. Nakagawa was assigned as technical leader for ZEFFLE, took the charge of coating technical related business.

Abstract:

 

DAIKIN was founded in 1924, has over 90 years of experience to make air-conditioner and chemical products. This presentation is about ZEFFLE coating material used for PV backsheet, the advantage of Teflon coating material, the environmental related technical development and the polymer materials developed in China.

       中川秀人 Hideto Nakagawa，2003年大阪大学大学院基础工学研究科毕业，同年进入DAIKIN工业，2009年转到涂料事业部。2010年成立PV材料技术部门，开始研究PV相关材料，2016年11月起就任大金氟化工(中国)有限公司主ZF技术部部长，主管涂料技术相关事项。

太阳能电池背板用ZEFFLE氟涂料推广与今后的方向

       DAIKIN工业株式会社成立于1924年，是一家具有90年以上历史的空调及化工品生产厂家。本报告以在耐候性领域具有近30年业绩的聚四氟乙烯(4F)类型的ZEFFLE氟涂料为中心，报道有关ZEFFLE涂料产品在PV-BS用途上的推广，4F涂料的优越性，还有最近推进的环境对应技术开发以及在中国研发聚合物相关内容等。
