Zemin Shi is technical director of Fujifilm PV backsheet dept. From 1998 to 2000, Zemin was in TOHO University in Japan as a visiting researcher. From 2000-2004 , Zemin was researcher in R&D Headquarter Division of Sony Corporation. From 2004 to 2013, Zemin joined Fujifilm Cooperation R&D Headquarter Division. Since 2014, Zemin has taken in charge of Energy Related Material Team, Industrial Products Division of FUJIFLM Corporation.

Introduction of the design concept and extremely high performance of FUJI backsheet
Abstract:
As we all know, there is a special focus on some kinds of undesirable issues on the reliability of photovoltaic modules used in extreme environmental field conditions. This seminar will focus on promoting the life of PV modules, as the choice of backsheet is critical, especially the choice of durability of backsheet.
Fujifilm corporation has used the original core technologies such as "polymerization, mixing/melting technology", "precise coating technology", "functional technology" and "optical design technology", and other original core technologies, to develop extremely high performance backsheet with enhancement of PET film, greatly improving the reliability of photovoltaic modules.
At present, the traditional type of backsheet has two potentially fatal problems. One is the cracking problem of the PET layer in the middle layer of backsheet, in relation to hydrolysis of the ordinary PET film at high temperature and humidity ageing environment. The other problem is lower interlayer peel strength and delamination phenomena of adhesive. FUJI backsheet uses extremely high hydrolytic stable PET film to replace the traditional ordinary PET film. This technology has solved the cracking problem of PET base film even after long-term outdoor use at the high temperature and humidity environment. We also use precise coating technology with stronger peeling strength, to eliminate the potential risk of adhesive strength decline in using adhesive layer. As a result, the durability of the Fujifilm backsheet is greatly improved and the weather resistance is 2-3 times higher than that of the traditional backsheet.

超高耐性的富士背板的设计理念和性能介绍
报告摘要:
大家所知,太阳能组件因在户外严酷环境下使用时会容易发生各种故障等不良情况,为延长光伏组件使用寿命,光伏背板的选择非常关键,耐候性背板的选择尤为关键。
富士胶片公司通过照片胶卷的发展积累了“聚合、混炼、溶融成型技术”、“精密涂布技术”、“功能化赋予技术”以及“光学设计技术”等原创核心技术,利用这些原创技术成功开发出了拥有高耐久性强化PET膜的含氟背板,大大提高了太阳能组件的耐用年数。 本文针对目前传统背板经常会出现两大风险隐患问题,一是因中间普通PET层的脆化而导致PET膜的脆裂龟裂(芯碎的隐患问题),二是是因胶粘剂层间剥离强度不足出现易老化、衰减的粘接问题,富士胶片应用了生产胶片核心技术,用能耐双八五(高温高湿85度、85%RH湿度)5000hr的高强化PET基膜来代替传统的普通PET基膜,解决了背板长期户外使用环境中的PET芯碎隐患;并运用生产胶片精密的涂布技术,在超强PET上加上了耐候性材料层,从根本上消除了使用胶粘剂的粘接强度衰减的隐患问题,从而使背板的耐久性得到大幅度的提高,耐候性高于传统背板的2~3倍! |
