introduction The solar module mud killer
is specially designed for low-angle PV installation，to remove the
accumulated dirties like water, dust around the solar module frame. With the
mud killer attached to the frame, solar cell could generate more power with more
light arrive at the surface ,and avoid most rainbow print, PID, hot spot caused
by the mud band, especially feasible for low angle tile roof top PV arrays. 2.

consists of two parts: - Drainage and desilting
functional parts - Installation accessories: fixture
and screw. The functional parts are made of special functional polymer
materials with weather resistant agents, UV stabilizers, additives for
reinforcing and toughening through extrusion molding. The durable product has
engough high strength, elasticity and toughness, with excellent hydrophilicity.
The fixture is made of light-weight
aluminum alloy material with strength, corrosion and rust resistant. The structure is well designed to
avoid contact and damage to module aluminum frame during installation. 4.
Product Size The
functional part is around 45 mm long, 20mm wide，25 mm high，1mm thick； The fixture
has two spec: 35 mm for the 35 frame and 40 mm 40 frame. The width is 15mm and
the length of up-surface is 20 mm, bottom surface is 15mm, 2mm thick. 5. Product Installation 5.1
Installation
position There are three installation position
according to different shape of the mud belt around the bottom frame of solar
module.
a.
The
mud belt is parallel to the bottom frame
b. The mud belt is obviously not parallel to the bottom frame，but the mud belt still covers the whole span of the module. c. The mud belt is obviously crossing to the frame, almost one cell is clean. 5.2
Installation attention: 1、 As shown below，The arcuate side is proposed to be on frame surface, while
rectangular side at side frame surface； 2、 As shown below，the screw end is little higher than fixture surface, Attention : avoid lower than the fixture surface； 3、 As shown below，one hand with inner hexagon spanner, another hand press on
the fixture; 4、 Directly stepping on the module surface is forbidden; 5、 Do not touch objects with temperature higher than 75 ° C; 6、 Avoid contacting corrosive objects such as strong acid and alkali; 7、Check the drainage effect after first rain, adjust the position if necessary.
